We provide comprehensive medical eye examinations. Our examinations include taking a complete ocular and medical history, visual acuities, testing of ocular motility, pupil testing, peripheral vision testing, and biomicroscope evaluation. Refractions are performed to determine eyeglass prescriptions. We perform tonometry to measure glaucoma pressures and fundus dilation to check for cataracts, glaucoma, retinal disease and systematic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Our doctors evaluate each patient’s ocular health individually and from there determine a planned treatment recommendation to best manage each patient’s ocular problems. Prime Eye Care Physicians handle many urgent matters including removal of ocular foreign bodies and are licensed to prescribe topical and oral medications to treat eye disease.
We provide visual field testing-
Visual field testing is an in depth test of a patient’s peripheral vision. This helps us in monitoring patients with glaucoma and other ocular defects. We can also have GDX/OCT performed on patients here in the office. These tests are a picture of the patient’s ocular nerve. They are important in helping with the diagnosis of glaucoma.

This includes medically necessary Keratoconus, Aphakic, and post corneal transplant contact lenses. Our doctors are able to fit patients with tinted, opaque, multifocals, disposables, toric, and RGP lenses. The newest contact lenses on the market are available to us including Acuvue Advance, Acuvue Oasys, Air Optix Aqua, Proclear, and Focus lenses.
